昨日，湖北189号段正式对外放号，“天翼”189一号两卡，不仅可用手机通话、还可以支持有无线上网功能(WiFi)的笔记本电脑，在电信无线宽带覆盖的区域内享受高速互联网服务。市民用手机享受高速3G网络服务，体验用手机拨打视频电话和看电影已经不再是梦想。　

　　随着3G时代逐渐临近，从PC互联网到手机互联网发展的趋势已经让人无法怀疑。人们预感，　或许在将来，最大的互联网终端将是手机，而不是电脑。这更让人们相信，在未来的手机领域，将是一个“无网不胜”的时代。　

　　手机上网用户爆发式增长　

　　随着3G时代的到来，手机上网将逐步扮演重要角色。从近几年的发展情况看，手机上网用户规模不断扩大，成为手机上网发展的基础。　

　　中国互联网信息中心发布中国互联网络发展状况统计报告显示，截至今年6月，中国使用手机上网的网民数已经达到7305万人，使用手机上网的网民中，18—24岁年龄段网民最多，占56.1%，30岁及以下年龄段群体则占到了86%，通过手机上网成为年轻网民的选择。

　　手机厂商的嗅觉　

　　2007年6月，苹果公司推出了划时代的iPhone手机，全球700万的销量，证明了其强大的号召力，也预示着互联网手机开始成为市场的主角。从未涉足手机的谷歌也把利益触角伸向了这个领域，其Android作为新一代开放式智能手机操作系统走入了公众的视线。因为G1手机经过了Google优化，装载有许多谷歌应用，最终将为Google带来营收。如果Android手机成为最好的手机版本，就会有更多的人采用这一操作系统，也就会有更多的人采用谷歌应用。　

　　而与此同时，全球手机巨头之一的诺基亚在全球收购了一大批提供各种互联网应用服务的公司，如移动即时通信应用Twingo、手机导航软件Gate5、全球两大地图厂商之一NavTEQ等。其他手机巨头如三星、摩托罗拉、索尼爱立信等也纷纷跟随时代的步伐推出在线音乐服务，应对遭遇淘汰的危险。　

　　向WAP淘金

　　运营商掀起圈地之争　

　　在现有格局下，电信运营商仍然主导着移动互联网的发展。重组后的三大运营商掀起了一场移动互联网的圈地之争。　

　　中国移动对移动互联网可谓“蓄谋已久”。日前，中移动总裁王建宙称，“按照我们的规划，到2011年，TD网络将覆盖全国95%的地级城市，基站总数达到14.5万个。”　

　　同时，其他运营商也在厉兵秣马，今年年底，中国电信计划完成340多个城市CDMA网络建设，满足82个无线城市需求。升级后CDMA人群聚焦政企客户、家庭客户以及个人用户。此外，中国电信将利用CDMA+WLAN(无线局域网)，提升数据业务处理能力。而联通方面，新公司在未来的3G格局中，联通至少要拿下三成用户。凭借其全球最大WCDMA市场的优势，也会带动全球厂家与运营商对发展移动互联网的支持。　

　　IT行业分析机构易观国际认为，年轻人对丰富多彩的生活有着强烈的需求，手机作为他们的通信工具、信息工具、娱乐工具，手机上网给他们打开了一扇进入精彩互联网世界的大门。无线互联网将逐渐成为中国上亿年轻人资讯和娱乐的第一来源。（吴睿智）

(...) 提高首付果然能起到打击投机炒房的作用吗？北京大学中国经济研究中心兼职教授徐滇庆认为，提高房贷首付的确可以抑制房地产投机，因为它增加了投机者的成本，上海搬场公司但由于炒房者往往有较雄厚的资金，他们未必在乎首付比例的高低。除非房地产业已出现严重的倒买倒卖，否则用不着提高首付。他认为，在正常情况下，房贷首付20％已经将风险概率降低到0.5％以下，再降低一些，在统计上已经没有意义。但提高首付却可能伤害对上海搬家公司和上海搬场公司是经上海市交通局批准，经市工商﹑税务部门注册， 具有500万元注册资金的独立法人大众搬家企业，上海运输行业成立较早的大众搬场公司之一.
